And if you don't have water, wear something stupid. It's all about being noticed...
Bondi Beach comes into view; the finish of the City-to-Surf race is near.
It will take them an hour to queue for a bus back to the city.
You made it! The first finishes in just over 40 minutes, the last about 4.5 hours after the start.
